Bolton Adventure Run

Helen, Tremble, Stacy, Scott and I went for a great run yesterday after work on the back country trails and long trail at Bolton. It was a perfect fall run- cool with clear sky. And we even had time to do some push ups at Harrington's View. There were two guys staying at Buchanan Shelter when we cruised by- I think they were a little surprised to see us. It was a great adventure and we finished up just before dark and a downpour.
